She graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law and completed her secondary education at Kabataş High School. She has been practicing law since 2004, focusing on consumer law, commercial law, and labor law.
She provides strategic legal advisory services to leading German automotive and white goods companies operating in Türkiye, offering guidance on regulatory compliance, consumer protection, and commercial transactions.
She also delivers legal support in the areas of labor law and employment relations. Attorney Bilen contributes to GULERS&PARTNERS as an external consultant, bringing her expertise to corporate advisory services.
