Gökçen Üstündağ serves as a Senior Advisor to GULERS & PARTNERS, specializing in U.S. market entry, corporate structuring and international expansion strategies. With over 25 years of executive and cross-border management experience, he provides technical and strategic guidance to clients operating in regulated, high-growth and internationally scalable sectors.
Operating between Turkey and the United States, Mr. Üstündağ advises on the formation, structuring and operationalization of U.S. entities (LLCs, C-Corporations, subsidiaries, branches), regulatory alignment, interstate compliance requirements, and commercial readiness. His expertise includes market sizing, competitive landscape analysis, localization strategies, operational planning, supply-chain design, and financial feasibility modelling for organizations seeking to enter or expand within the U.S. market.
He is the founder of ALGAELAB Biyoteknoloji A.Ş., a TÜBİTAK-recognized biotechnology company with activities in both Turkey and the U.S., and has previously directed multi-disciplinary teams across technology, defense, telecommunications, advanced materials and biotech. His engineering background (B.Sc. & M.Sc., Middle East Technical University) and experience establishing companies in multiple jurisdictions enable a methodical, data-driven and compliance-oriented approach to international corporate strategy.
